My father runs a small food shop on the street, and my mother works long hours in a garment factory. Living in a slum, life was tough, but I found inspiration in an elder sister who had grown up in our community and managed to become a doctor. Her achievement lit a spark in me, and I too dreamed of donning a white coat and helping others. However, my family's financial struggles made it seem impossible. The thought of affording the education needed to become a doctor was a distant dream.
