My name is Sakibul. I study in class one at Chayatal Bangladesh. Earlier I used to break and sell people’s bottles in our slum. My father drives a rickshaw. My mother works at home. As a result of which my studies would have been nothing. I used to break bottles of slum and sell them and buy breakfast with that money. My parents wanted me to study. But we cannot afford to burn the school. There is a school called Chayatal Bangladesh next to our house. Seeing that some boys and girls in our slum study there, I also want to study. After that, I also come here to study with my friends. This is how schooling begins. I am very happy to study at Chayatal Bangladesh School.
